Pairmend sells one-time credit packs rather than subscriptions. This policy explains when a refund is available, what information to send, and what happens after a request.
Ask for a voluntary refund within 14 days when the entire purchased pack is unused.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible.
An order reference and content-free technical details are enough to start a request.
This policy applies to paid, one-time Pairmend Repair Pass, voice-minute, and bundle purchases. Pairmend does not currently sell an auto-renewing subscription. Promotional or complimentary credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
In addition to any rights required by law, Shayan Doroodian, individual operator of Pairmend voluntarily refunds a wholly unused pack when the request is received within 14 calendar days of purchase. A pack is wholly unused only when none of the Repair Passes or voice minutes included in that purchase have been consumed.
If part of a pack has been used, it is not automatically eligible for a full refund. Support may offer a partial refund, replacement credit, or another appropriate remedy for a documented quality, billing, or technical problem.
A draft, invitation, safety diversion, or failed report generation does not consume a Repair Pass. Voice time is deducted only from server-measured billable time after the connection grace period. If the wallet balance appears wrong after a failure, contact support so the transaction and content-free usage record can be checked.
Email support@pairmend.com from the address associated with your account when possible. Include:
Do not send full card details, passwords, raw reflections, private notes, or voice captions. Pairmend aims to send an initial response within two business days.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. The payment provider or Merchant of Record named on the receipt may process the refund. Bank posting times, currency conversion, tax adjustments, and payment-network rules can affect when the amount appears and whether it differs slightly from the original converted amount.
A refund or payment dispute may freeze or remove unused credits attributable to that purchase while it is resolved. Pairmend does not create a negative wallet balance for units already used. If a dispute is resolved in your favor without a refund, any frozen unused credits are released again.
Mandatory cancellation, refund, digital-content, and consumer rights in your country always take priority over this voluntary policy. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived. See the Terms of Service for the full purchase terms and the Privacy Policy for payment-data handling.
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@pairmend.com. We may update this policy prospectively when products, providers, or legal requirements change. An update will not remove a refund or consumer right that already applies to a completed purchase.
